Q3 2012, Temenos have released a new version of the core banking product, T24. During TEMENOS T24 R12, which has been updated to provide Temenos clients with a platform with an enhanced customer experience.
Temenos state that R12 provides a clear and detailed understanding of individual bank customers’ financial positions and behaviours, which allows the financial institution to tailor advice and products to meet the needs and requirements of the customers.
Temenos T24 R12 has improved the communication channels that support seamless interaction with banking clients and enable self-service on the Internet, mobile and tablet devices. Users are also provided with with access to a full suite of banking transactions and services with the ARC channel solutions, in a secure environment, in addition to recommendations for new products and services that have been assessed based on the clients circumstances.
