Recarta are proud to announce and welcome Phil Trumble and Ben Spode who have joined the expanding team. Both Phil and Ben have worked with other IBM channel partners for a combined period of over 30 years. Sales Director, Toby Harris, comments “Phil and Ben both bring significant experience to our team, having both worked with other IBM channel partners they have an acute understanding of current products and services.”
Phil takes the role of Annuities Director – responsible for the teams renewing our client’s hardware/software support and licensing and software asset management. This team now manages over 375 contracts with a revenue of over £4.5M. Harris continues “Phil is an IBM Support and Licensing expert, with high level qualifications in IBM’s Technical Support Services (TSS). Without doubt Phil is one of the UK’s leaders of IBM TSS and related support services, having dedicated much of his personal time in the last 6 months to achieve his certifications.”
Ben also comes with significant qualifications and experience. Ben has been a client director at another IBM Channel Partner for 13 years. His understanding of a wide range of vendor products is a great asset to the Recarta team that has a reputation for large scale projects and solutions. Ben is a recognised and well-respected face in the IBM community. Toby Harris comments “Ben has a history of exceeding client expectations. His knowledge and experience around Enterprise Infrastructure and Cognitive computing can be backed up by many clients that are willing to recommend his ability to serve their needs.”
Both Phil and Ben join a team of experienced and capable IT professionals at Recarta, who’s IBM partner status has recently been recognised by the promotion to Platinum, the highest level an IBM partner can achieve.
