Windows 7 End Of Support

Support for Windows 7 is ending

  • IBM

All good things come to an end. Apparently! Windows 7 from Microsoft has been providing great service for the last 11 year but now support for the operating system is to be terminated on the 14th January 2020.

So what does this mean for end users?

Like any End of Support announcement the risks are apparent. Updates to security and features will cease, this clearly puts the platform under considerable risk.
